Day 3.
Thursday is now finished… literally. We had another full day of painting and work in the Good Shepherd ministry. Our host is amazed at how much is being accomplished. Your students are communicating how they see God's work in their efforts.
There were also two concerts in VERY difficult circumstances. The first one was during a business leaders' lunch. There was much distraction, but God was working in your students' lives and hearts. They are singing beautifully, but more importantly than that is the communication of the message. That continues to be strong and effective.
The next concert was at a boy's ranch. The AC was OUT, but the Spirit was IN!!! As "You are God alone" was repeated a HUGE wind came through and filled the room and refreshed us once again. Several of the boys there did not seem interested in the program for a great deal of the time, but they ALL sat up and listened with great interest when Grayson started playing his guitar. The thing that is striking about that is the song he accompanies is HE KNOWS MY NAME. Once again, that makes me know that the Spirit was IN! Those boys were listening to hear that "He knows my name. He knows my every thought. He sees each tear that falls and hears me when I call." If they heard nothing else…that is ENOUGH! God's Spirit will take that and multiply it to heavenly degrees.
